Do I need to install an app?
No. The test runs entirely in your phone browser — Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone. Just tap the link and start.
Is my video recorded or uploaded?
No. All AI processing happens on your device. Your video never leaves your phone — not to my server, not to any cloud, not to anyone. The camera shuts off the moment you finish.
Do I need any equipment?
Just floor space and a way to prop up your phone — a wall, a chair, a books stack. That’s it. No mat, no weights, no gym.
How long does it actually take?
About 90 seconds total — 60 seconds for the three exercises (20s each) plus around 30 seconds of setup and calibration. The test won’t drag.
