That’s the whole philosophy in one card. Train, check in, eat to your targets. When all three are green, you’ve had a good day — no matter what the scale says that morning. Below it sits your Today’s Workout card and a daily nutrition tracker, so the very next step is always one tap away.

Why it’s designed this wayThree actions is a number a busy parent, nurse, or IT worker can hit on a real day. Forty data points is a number nobody hits twice. Adherence beats perfection — and the home screen is built to protect your adherence.

02 Guided workouts you don’t have to decode

Tap into Workout and you see today’s session named in plain English — for example, “Day 2: Lower Body.” Hit Start Workout and the app walks you through it one exercise at a time. No spreadsheet to interpret.

For each movement you get:

  • A demo video you can play inline or open full screen — so form isn’t a guess.
  • The exact prescription, written simply, like “1 × 10 / side”.
  • A short coaching cue from me, e.g. “Controlled swings — don’t ballistically yank the hip.”
  • A Log Your Set box for weight and reps, so progress is tracked, not remembered.
  • A built-in rest timer with 10/20/30/45/60-second presets and a custom option.

A calendar (toggle This Week / This Month) marks every session: a green tick for done, a red cross for missed, a dot for planned. It’s the most honest accountability tool there is — you can see your week at a glance, and so can I.

03 The 20-second daily check-in

This is the quiet engine of the whole system. Once a day you log how things actually went:

Water, sleep, energy, stress, whether you trained, and a notes box for anything else. It takes twenty seconds and it tells me what no progress photo can: when your sleep drops for three days and your energy tanks, I can pull back volume before you burn out and quit. When stress spikes during a work crunch, we simplify the plan instead of letting you fall off it.

08 Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym to use the app?

No. The workouts adapt to what you have — full gym, a couple of dumbbells at home, or just bodyweight. You tell us your setup during onboarding and the programming is built around it.

I work rotating shifts. Will the plan actually fit?

Yes — this is exactly who a lot of my clients are. Sessions and nutrition are structured to flex around shift patterns, and the daily check-in flags when your sleep or stress is off so we can adjust before things slip.

How is this different from a free fitness app or a diet PDF?

The interface is similar; the difference is that a real coach reads your check-ins and progress and changes your plan accordingly. A free app shows you a graph. Here, the graph turns into weekly decisions made for you.

What food does the nutrition plan use?

Practical, affordable Malayali and Indian staples — rice, chapati, eggs, curd, dal, and chicken where it fits the budget. No expensive imports, no crash diets, no “detox” nonsense. The focus is protein, portions and consistency.
